What is the Open?
“Where grassroots meets greatness! Compete with hundreds of thousands of athletes in five workouts over five weeks. Do it for fun, your affiliate family, fitness, or to reach Regionals and fight for a chance to make it to the 2018 Reebok CrossFit Games in Madison, Wisconsin.”

The first WOD will be revealed on Thursday, February 22nd!
Our box will host the WODs on Fridays…
Athletes have until Monday at midnight to submit their scores online!

It would be awesome to have 100% participation from our box this year!
There are scaled and Master’s options that reach out to all levels…

Warrior Dash is coming ~ This Saturday!
Please add your name to the board if you are going!
Please organize Carpools, Caravans, Places to meet, Groups or partners to navigate the course with, Restaurant to Celebrate 
together at after the race!
Check the Warrior Dash Website to print your waiver and for specific instructions and directions! 
Meet at the box at 8:45 AM… Departure @ 9:00!

Run 200 meters + 30 Dynamic calf stretches
HQ Warm-up – 10 reps of each movement
Piriformis stretch
10 D
ynamic supine scorpion
Foam Roll

Skills:
The Rope ClimbAll climbers must wear leg protection!
The Hang Power Clean
Spend time warming up on each of these skills…

WOD:

For time:
1 round of:
  30 hang power cleans 75/115#
  15 ring dips
  3 rope climbs
Then, 2 rounds of:
  20 hang power cleans 75/115#
  10 ring dips
  2 rope climbs
Then, 3 rounds of:
  10 hang power cleans 75/115#
  5 ring dips
  1 rope climb

Scale rope climbs to 10′ climbs or 6 seated pull-ups per climb
Last on: 4/13/16

Recovery/Stretching:
400 meter recovery walk with pinch grip carry
3-way shoulder on the rig
Foam Roll
