Tonight we will be meeting at the box a little before 8:00 PM to watch the reveal of 18.2.  Come out and join the fun if you are able!

Barbell rolling over Quads – 4 minutes 
Bike 2 Minutes
Box Shoulder Stretches – 2 minutes
Bike 1 Minute
Walk or jog 400 meters
