WOD:

Run 10 x 200 meters

Record each run on the board as you finish
Rest as needed between runs
To simplify your scoring start your runs on an even minute on the running clock.

Recovery/Stretching:
400 meter recovery walk with pinch grip carry
Calf on a kettlebell
Foam Roll
