Mobility, flexibility, improved posture, pain-free movement….all of these can be gained through a series of systematic and concise movements that manipulate joint capsule, muscle, and fascia and can be learned and reproduced with immediate and dramatic results.
Joe Justado is a Registered Physical Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist with twenty one years of experience. Joe is a Certified Level 1 CrossFit coach and coaches at CrossFit of Vero Beach. He is certified in CrossFit Mobility under Kelly Starett and utilizes the principles of structural integration (Rolfing and Anatomy Trains).
Lisa Weiss is a Certified Athletic Trainer, and NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She is a member at our very own Treasure Coast Crossfit, and has had the opportunity to work under Joe Justado. Lisa will be assisting Joe, and helping our Crossfit members learn these mobility techniques to prevent injury and help you feel your best!
