Make fitness fun and safe for your children

Our Kids CrossFit & Nutrition Program is awesome! We have fun moving our bodies and learning how to fuel them while developing lifelong, healthy habits! Our goal is to build strong, healthy, confident kids through Fitness and Nutrition! We make fitness fun and safe for your children. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements and involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play- pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. We focus on skill practice, workouts, and games to build strength, conditioning, teamwork, and self-confidence.

Our Kids Classes are held two days a week on Mondays and Wednesdays. We offer two class times based on age group and classes are 1 hour long, coinciding with adult CrossFit Classes held next door in the main gym.

Currently, both classes have reached FULL capacity for our Winter/Spring Session but if you are still interested, we are happy to add you to our waitlist! We’ll keep you posted if any openings become available and keep you in the loop on our Summer Programs!
