For Time (30 Minute Cap):
3 Rounds of “DT” (155/105)
3 Rounds of 15 Calorie Bike + 15 Calorie Row + 15 Tire Flips
3 Rounds of “DT” (155/105)
3 Rounds of 15 Calorie Bike + 15 Calorie Row + 15 Tire Flips
3 Rounds of “DT” (155/105)

1 Round of “DT”:
12 Deadlifts
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Push Jerks

**One athlete works** while the other two rest for the DT portion of this team of 3 workout
* Teams must complete all 3 rounds of “DT” before moving to the bike/row/tire section
**All teammates work at the same** time for the BIke/Row/Tire portion of the workout
* Teams must complete all 3 rounds of the BIke/Row/Tire portion of the workout before moving back to the second round of DT and so forth…
* This workout is for time, but there is a 30 minute time cap
* If you hit the cap, put 30:00 as your score and record total completed reps in the notes section
