Announcements!
Beginning in February Yoga with Dharmaki will be switching from Sunday mornings to Friday Evenings at 6:45! There will be no yoga this Sunday. The first Friday date is 2/7. Please come out and enjoy this amazing class!

Last call for the “Left and Forgotten” collection of items on the card table! Please claim your items before they get donated at the end of this week!

Buy-In: 1 mile run

Directly Into…

Max Rounds:
8 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
8 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

* To start off this 15 minute workout, you’ll complete a 1 mile run
* Once you finish the run, you’ll spend the remainder of the workout completing rounds of burpee box jumps and chest to bar pull-ups
* Your score is the total number of rounds and reps completed before the time cap
* Cap the run at 9 minutes, giving you at least 6 minutes to complete the scored portion of the workout
