30 Muscle-ups
At the top of every passing minute, perform 8 burpees (workout starts at MU).

With lacrosse balls, work on shoulders in the following way:
• 2-min/side working from the upper traps all the way around the scapula.
• 1-min/side working on the anterior deltoid and insertion of the pectoral muscles.
400 meter recovery walk with pinch grip carry
